Hey!
I'm Konrad Krawczuk and I'll take care of everything
I'm the founder of ChceDoInternetu.pl - a web agency based in Rumia, Poland, that helps businesses establish their online presence. For over 15 years, I've been building websites, e-commerce stores, and implementing digital solutions for businesses.
What I do
I run Viking Potatoes sp. z o.o., the company behind the brand ChceDoInternetu.pl - a registered trademark. I specialize in comprehensive digital services for small and medium businesses: from designing websites and online stores, through Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns, to implementing artificial intelligence in business processes.
I've completed over 210 projects for businesses across Poland - from solo entrepreneurs to companies with decades of tradition. I personally lead every project from the first conversation through implementation and post-launch support.
Where I come from
Before ChceDoInternetu.pl, I co-founded Viking Potatoes game studio together with Kamil Nowakowski - the lead engineer of our proprietary Barok Engine and one of the lead engineers who worked on The Witcher III. We had our own full tech stack and a 20-person team of experts. We built games (including 8Suns), and I was the PM and "one man army" for everything.
That's when I coined a phrase I still repeat today - "game development is the highest form of IT". Graphics, physics, networking, AI, UX, sound, optimization - there are so many disciplines to handle that at times it seems impossible. As a project manager, I needed not just broad technical knowledge, but also a genuine openness about knowledge gaps. Because nobody knows everything - and that's OK.
That's when I developed the concept of "shared knowledge" - a system of internal workshops where team members shared expertise from their specializations. We were aware of different knowledge levels in the team, and instead of ignoring it, we turned it into our growth engine.
This experience gave me something you can't learn by just building websites - the ability to manage complex projects with many moving parts. When a client says "this is complicated", I know what that really means - I once managed a game production with 20 people on board :)
Today, those gamedev skills are coming back in a new form - I offer marketing games as a customer engagement tool. Our latest product - ChillGrams - is available on Google Play and shows that we can deliver a game from concept to publication.
That's also where the company name comes from - Viking Potatoes - it stayed from those days and is now the legal entity behind ChceDoInternetu.pl as a registered trademark.
Technologies and skills
I work with a wide range of technologies - I pick the stack to fit the project, not the other way around. I'm not tied to one platform, which allows me to recommend what's best for the client, not just what I happen to know.

Beyond work
I'm not just a coder behind a desk. I run Klub Zloty Tur (zlotytur.org) - an armwrestling club. It's a long-time sporting passion of mine, where I won the title of Junior World Champion.
The discipline, patience, and perseverance required in sport translate directly into my approach to business and client work. I treat every project like a competition - I want to win for my client.
How I work
Straightforward
I don't overcomplicate things. I speak plain language, not jargon. Every client understands what we're doing and why.
Personal
I don't split clients between anonymous teams. From the first conversation to deployment - you work directly with me.
Results-driven
Results are what matter. A website should attract customers, ads should pay for themselves, AI should save time.
