Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 14, 2026. Version 1.1.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit websites. They are used to remember your preferences, maintain sessions, and collect statistical information about how you use the website.
Cookies do not contain data that directly identifies you - we do not store your name, email address, or phone number in them.
2. Legal Basis
The use of cookies is regulated by:
- Art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law - requirement to inform the user about cookies and obtain consent
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - user consent (for analytical and marketing cookies)
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest of the controller (for cookies necessary for website operation)
3. Types of Cookies

- First-party cookies - set directly by our website (chcedointernetu.pl domain)
- Third-party cookies - set by external services (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Facebook, Cloudflare)
By duration:
- Session cookies - deleted when you close your browser
- Persistent cookies - remain on your device for a specified period (from 24 hours to 2 years)
4. Cookies Used on Our Website

These cookies are essential for the website to function properly. They do not require consent, as the website could not operate without them.

5. Google Consent Mode v2
We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means that:
- By default, all marketing and analytical consents are disabled (
denied) - Google Analytics and Google Ads scripts activate only after you give consent
- Your choices in the cookie banner automatically update Google settings (
analytics_storage,ad_storage,ad_user_data,ad_personalization) - If you decline, Google does not save cookies - it may only send anonymous pings without identifiers (so-called cookieless pings)
Thanks to Consent Mode v2, analytical and marketing scripts load in your browser only after you give explicit consent. No identifying data is collected before consent is given.
6. How to Manage Cookies?
You can withdraw your consent for analytical and marketing cookies at any time - simply click "Cookie settings" in the page footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
