Terms of Electronic Service Provision

1. General Provisions

1. These Terms of Service define the rules for the provision of electronic services by Viking Potatoes sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Krypska 25/9, 04-082 Warszawa, Poland), registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000648228, NIP: 5862312148, REGON: 381028326, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".

2. These Terms have been prepared pursuant to Art. 8(1)(1) of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws 2020, item 344, as amended).

2. Definitions

  • Service Provider - Viking Potatoes sp. z o.o.
  • User - a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Website
  • Website - the website available at chcedointernetu.pl
  • Electronic Service - a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User via the Website
  • Contact Form - an interactive form on the Website enabling the User to send an inquiry to the Service Provider

3. Types and Scope of Electronic Services

The Service Provider offers the following electronic services through the Website:

  1. Informational content - presentation of services, portfolio, blog, and educational materials. This service is provided free of charge and is available to all Users.
  2. Contact form - enabling Users to send inquiries to the Service Provider. This service is provided free of charge. Required fields: name, email address; optional: phone number and message.
  3. Project brief - an interactive form for defining project requirements. This service is provided free of charge.
  4. Website assessment quiz - a self-assessment tool for website evaluation. This service is provided free of charge.
  5. Free GEO audit - automated analysis of website visibility in AI search engines. This service is provided free of charge. Requires a business email address and confirmation (double opt-in).

4. Conditions for Service Provision

1. Using the Website requires:

  • a device with Internet access,
  • a web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies,
  • an active email address (when using forms).

2. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the Website operates correctly. The Service Provider reserves the right to temporary technical interruptions necessary for maintenance or updates.

3. Users are prohibited from providing unlawful content, including content that infringes the rights of third parties, vulgar content, or spam.

5. Contract Formation and Termination

1. The contract for the provision of informational content is concluded when the User displays a Website page and terminated when the User leaves the Website.

2. The contract for the provision of the contact form, brief, quiz, or GEO audit service is concluded when the User fills in and submits the relevant form, and terminated when the Service Provider responds or when the data retention period specified in the Privacy Policy expires.

3. The User may discontinue using electronic services at any time by leaving the Website or sending a message to ratunku@chcedointernetu.pl.

6. Complaints

1. The User has the right to file a complaint regarding the electronic services provided.

2. Complaints should be sent to the email address: ratunku@chcedointernetu.pl or in writing to the Service Provider's registered office.

3. A complaint should include: User's details, a description of the problem, and the expected resolution.

4. The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt and will inform the User of the outcome electronically.

7. Personal Data Protection

1. The data controller is Viking Potatoes sp. z o.o.

2. Detailed information about personal data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.

3. Information about cookies can be found in the Cookie Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

1. The Website and its content (texts, graphics, photos, logos, source code) are the property of the Service Provider or are used under appropriate licenses and are protected under copyright law.

2. Copying, distributing, or using materials from the Website without the written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited, except for permitted personal use.

9. Liability

1. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for:

  • interruptions in Website operation resulting from technical causes beyond the Service Provider's control,
  • consequences of improper use of the Website by the User,
  • content of inquiries submitted by Users through forms.

2. Content published on the blog and in educational materials is of an informational and educational nature. It may contain technical and specialist advice based on the Service Provider's experience; however, it does not replace individual consultation that takes into account the specifics of a particular situation. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the consequences of applying the described solutions without prior analysis of the individual case.

10. Final Provisions

1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. The Service Provider will notify Users of significant changes on the Website.

2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.

3. These Terms of Service come into force on the date of publication on the Website.
