Reception at a clinic, salon or practice

Today's appointments, late arrivals, VIP clients, room status. Data pulled from your booking system or calendar, updated every minute, no need to open the computer.

Six moments where it actually shows

How this screen looks in my week

Instead of describing the technology, I'll walk you through concrete situations that happened at my place. The same screen at yours will show different data, maybe from different systems, tied to the key moments of your business.

I've always wondered how to make what happens "inside the computer" visible and accessible to business owners without complicated apps and processes - this project is one of my ideas for making that vision real.

  1. As the boss, you send me a lead - I have it on the screen right away.

We're sitting across the desk at a meeting. You open my form on your phone, type in your company name and hit send. Ten seconds later, on my screen across the desk, your name pops up, your company, the start of your message. AI already read it and wrote a task with a draft reply into my CRM. You look at it and you know right away - this actually works. Automation stopped being an abstraction and became a physical proof that the processes in your company run smoothly.

  2. AI knows you're coming back to me

Did you fill out my brief or one of my quizzes last month? The system remembers. When you fill out a regular contact form today, the workflow ties your historical data to the new inquiry in the same file. The draft reply AI generates starts with "Great to hear from you again" instead of a neutral "Hi". Nothing gets lost between our contacts.

  3. Your files never land in my inbox

You send a brief along with a logo and a PDF with guidelines. Within thirty seconds the files are already in the Google Drive folder next to your project in my CRM, with clickable links on the timeline. Nobody copies anything by hand. When I open your file, one click and I'm on the document, one click and I'm in the whole folder. I don't have to dig through last week's inbox.

  4. The timer on your project ticks on a physical screen

When I start working on something for you, I fire up the timer in my CRM. The middle section of the screen switches to that timer view - hourglass icon, your name, hours and minutes counter. I know exactly how much time I've put into your project. You then see it on the invoice - concrete hours, not eyeballed.

  5. When something breaks, you don't notice a thing

Every system fails sooner or later. AI times out, my NAS server restarts, the form tries to send just when n8n is down. Every one of these scenarios is planned for. Fallback template instead of AI draft. Retry with growing delay. Email alert to me with full lead data, in case something went really wrong. :) You as the client get an autoresponder in the usual time - from your point of view the system worked just as well.

  6. The speaker stays quiet outside work hours

The screen has a partner - a Google Home Mini speaker that announces new leads, tasks to do, or upcoming meetings out loud. Great at work, disaster in the evening. That's why the workflow has Quiet Hours when it stays silent. The system knows when I won't hear the notification anyway, or when it might wake up the household, respects that and doesn't cause a scene - it's all planned for :)

Six industries, six views

What your company will see on screen

Every view tailored to the data you actually have. Below are six scenarios from real conversations with clients. Yours will be the seventh - different, because your company is different.

Reception at a clinic, salon or practice

Today's appointments, late arrivals, VIP clients, room status. Data from your booking system, updated every minute, no need to open the computer.

A sales rep who doesn't lose leads

New inquiries since morning, calls to make, meetings today, priorities calculated by AI. CRM visible without logging in.

Warehouse and logistics with no surprises

Orders ready to ship, critical stock levels, temperature alerts, courier times. Integration with WMS, ERP, IoT sensors.

Production with KPIs in plain sight

OEE, shift plan, machine statuses, real-time breakdowns. Data from MES or straight from PLC.

Leadership that looks through the screen, not through reports

Today's sales, new clients, cashflow, KPIs. No Excel, no waiting for Friday's roundups.

Office that "knows" what's going on.

Who's on leave, important messages, today's calendar, deadlines. Integration with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, custom tools.

Something else?

Your industry isn't on this list? That means we have an interesting challenge ahead of us. Write, ask, describe what you'd want to see on your AI-DESK.

See how AI Desk would look at your place

Let's meet. I'll pull the screen out of the case and show a scenario from your industry with realistic sample data. You'll see the layout, priorities, rhythm - not slides.
