I Have Enough Clients - Do You Really?

How is it for you? Do you ever find yourself in a situation where you don't want any more clients? If so - do you then stop all online activities so that new clients don't "accidentally" show up?

I'm currently working with a company that has exactly this mindset - since their projects are booked almost until next October, it's better not to get new clients. Scaling isn't an option either. The business is perfectly profitable and balanced.

What to do when your business is fully booked?

There's a whole list of things to do. For example, document storage, distribution, and archiving is often a problem in production companies. Many businesses don't think about backing up critical files - and exactly during such predictable times, it's well worth implementing proper procedures.

And what about your online presence?

Your online image doesn't depreciate. The fundamental assumption for planning online activities should be that nothing is eternal, and the future isn't 100% predictable. Brand communication improvements, better methods for collecting customer information, and keeping media up to date are all crucial factors.

Why is staying updated important?

What we've built up in our company history has lasting value. If we have a solid base of happy clients - let's show it off. If we forgot to collect testimonials from satisfied customers - let's do it now! Maintaining relationships through email newsletters with current and future clients is an incredibly important element.

If you'd like to rethink your company's position and improve its overall online image - feel free to get in touch.
