What Can Be Hard About Ordering a Website?
Faced with the necessity of having their own online presence, different people react very differently. Particularly my clients fall into two groups: those who already dealt with another implementation team, and those who don't yet know what they want and generally "don't know anything about it".
When you come to me wanting a good action plan, a good idea, a strategy that brings in money - we face the burden of preparing the necessary materials. I've noticed that in this one process you can identify at least three obstacles:
1. Time
In business, time is the most valuable resource, and when there isn't any, there's no way to prepare the needed materials. This is a problem that affects not only YOU as my client, but also me. We've signed a contract, maybe you've already paid part of the fee, and I can't work because of missing data.
How do I solve this? To keep implementation on schedule, I often use placeholders and test data. When you deliver the needed materials, I swap them in on the site. Right from the start of implementation we eliminate one of the serious blockers - both sides gain valuable time.
2. Knowledge
It's not uncommon that nobody in your company simply knows what or how to prepare things. That's why I serve as your guide. At the same time I prepare the necessary materials myself - longer texts or graphics, if I consider them business-justified. I effectively lift that burden off your shoulders.
3. Finances
Rapid growth across many online channels simultaneously means high costs. That's why, depending on where your business is, after a thorough analysis I recommend the best solutions. So many times it turned out that some activities that seemed essential internally could be successfully skipped or replaced with others - more effective ones.
If you're hesitating to contact me because of the burden a new project might create in your company - I assure you, there's no need to hesitate :)
