3. Principles of AI use
3.1 Transparency
We inform clients about the use of AI in delivered projects. Cooperation agreements include an appropriate clause. On request, we provide details about the AI tools used.
3.2 Output verification
Every piece of content generated with AI involvement is reviewed by a qualified team member. This applies in particular to:
- Text content — factual and language review
- Source code — security and correctness review
- Graphics — quality and suitability verification
- Data analyses — validation of results and conclusions
3.3 Data protection
Before entering data into AI systems, we verify it does not contain confidential information, client personal data, or trade secrets. Where processing of sensitive data is necessary, we use only tools with appropriate security guarantees.
3.4 Accountability
The person who reviewed and approved a piece of AI-assisted content for publication is responsible for it. AI is a tool — responsibility always rests with a human.
